Policy Guidelines:

Zealous Images LLC – Client Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Booking & Deposit

  • $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the total session cost.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Late Policy

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
  • 10-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
  • Extended lateness may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting other bookings.

No Call / No Show Policy

  • Failure to attend your session without prior notice (aka: after the 10 minute grace period) will result in a $65 no call/no show fee.
  • If travel was required for your session, the fee increases to $75.
  • This fee will be charged to the card on file.

Travel Policy

  • Travel fees are applied based on distance and must be agreed upon prior to booking.
  • Clients are responsible for accurate location details at the time of booking.

Professional Conduct

  • Respect is required at all times.
  • Any form of disrespectful, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Zealous Images LLC reserves the right to terminate the session immediately without refund if these standards are violated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 2 day notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Deposits may be transferred once to a new date if proper notice is given.
