Policy Guidelines:
Zealous Images LLC – Client Policies & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced:
Booking & Deposit
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total session cost.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Late Policy
- Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- At 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.
- Extended lateness WILL result in reduced session time to avoid impacting other bookings.
No Call / No Show Policy
- Failure to attend your session with and/or without prior notice (aka: after the 15 minute grace period) will result in a $50 fee.
- If you are NOT at your session AT ALL with NO NOTICE you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT BOOKED.
- If travel was required for your session and you are 15 minutes late, the fee increases to $75.
- This fee will be charged to the card on file.
Travel Policy
- Travel fees are applied based on distance and must be agreed upon prior to booking.
- Clients are responsible for accurate location details at the time of booking.
Professional Conduct
- Respect is required at all times.
- Any form of disrespectful, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
- Zealous Images LLC reserves the right to terminate the session immediately without refund if these standards are violated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 2 day notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Deposits may be transferred once to a new date if proper notice is given.
